Returns & Refunds Policy
Mesa Tactical works hard to provide the best products and the best purchase experience in our industry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 90 days from the invoice date. A receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges. To initiate a return, call our Customer Service department at 714-545-3332. After answering a few questions, you be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package and send the returned item to:

Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be issued by check.
Mesa Tactical warrants that all products are free from defective material and workmanship and, subject to certain conditions set forth below, agrees to repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials without charge for parts and labor. This warranty covers the life of the product. If you wish to return or repair a defective product, use the RMA procedure described above.
