Machined from 6061 heat treated aluminum, the Truckee forend is sleek, rugged and lightweight. M-LOK slots accept Picatinny rail sections or specialized light mounts or vertical grips.

Very impressed with the Truckee Forend
A few M-Lok slots on the stock Beretta 1301 forend would have made all the difference (otherwise it fits the shotgun very well), but they relied on a cheesy barrel clamp for the M-Lok and Sling attachment point. The Truckee gives you all the accessory real estate you probably need on a shotgun, is metal and well made. I was impressed on how it fits with the form of the rest of the gun and Mesa's other furniture. This is a must if you want to put anything more than a sling on your rig.

Well-Made for the Money
Instructions were clear and parts fit perfectly. This forend beefs up the shotgun. It does not add much weight. The forend does not come in contact with the barrel unlike the OEM forend. Excellent ability to add M-Lok accessories. You can visually see the gas system thru the rails, but I have not had any issue with heat or pressure. The forend is slightly wider than the OEM forend, but it feels solid and adds tactical character. Yes, money well spent on this accessory and no regrets. I can say the innovation behind the design of this forend will outlast other forends made with polymer in my opinion. The aluminum is well machined with no burrs or chatter marks.

Negatives are limited instructions and lack of customer feedback a little wiggle after install, but once I figured out to remove some parts from the stock forend and put them into the new forend everything came together fine havnt shot yet but is solid and now I can run any mlok attachment needed

Very good feel
This forend has a wider grip than the stock forend. Feels really good. Installs easily. Doesn’t add to much weight. The m-lok slots are extremely helpful for accessories. The finish on mine is ok. You can’t beat it for the price
